The SVR screening machine is engineered for the efficient classification of fine,

dry bulk materials.

It is the optimal solution for applications requiring precise separation performance.

Available with up to 5 screening decks and in diameters from 1 meter to 2 meters,

the SRV can be configured to meet a wide range of processing requirements.

Dry separation of particle sizes below 100 µm is achievable, depending on

the material properties.

The machine features a fully enclosed, dust-tight design, with the option

to connect an external dedusting system for improved air quality and material purity.

Vibration parameters can be precisely controlled via a frequency inverter integrated into the

control system, allowing for process-optimized adjustment

and consistent screening efficiency.

Each screen deck is equipped with rubber cleaning balls, ensuring automatic

and continuous cleaning of the screen mesh and enabling

reliable long-term operation with minimal maintenance.
