 CrossFlowSifter QSS
The crossflow separator/sifter QSS handles coarse bulk material. A vibrating distribution

channel feeds the material into the sifter. Heavy parts sink to the heavy fraction outlet, lighter

fractions are separated by the horizontal air stream, provided by a fan. A combined

cyclone cleans the air from the light particles, which are delivered by rotating valves.
To meet the specific needs of the material to be separated, the crossflow separator QSS

is equipped with individual wear housing versions. High quality materials such as HARDOX,

PU, stainless steel and ceramics ensure a sustainable, efficient outcome.
